Aliya is the better-value Sigiriya alternative to Water Garden — sixty open-design rooms with the same dramatic rock-fortress views, a serious infinity pool, and a strong all-day restaurant. Less architecturally distinctive than Water Garden, but visually the views are identical and the rate is roughly half.
