Madulkelle is the boutique alternative to Tea Trails — fourteen permanent tented suites on a 9-acre tea estate in the Knuckles Conservation Forest. Smaller, less polished, but the location is more dramatic than Bogawantalawa, and the Knuckles trekking is exceptional. The infinity pool genuinely looks over the entire range.
