How long is a real Ayurveda programme?+
14 to 21 nights for a proper Panchakarma cycle. Shorter stays are spa, not clinical Ayurveda.
Where are the best Ayurveda hospitals in Sri Lanka?+
Barberyn (Beruwala and Weligama) and Santani (Kandy) are the senior residences. Several smaller doctor-led clinics also exist.
