Theva is a 14-room contemporary boutique hotel on a hillside south of Kandy, with the best mountain views of any Kandy property. Calmer than Earl's Regency, more modern than Kandy House, and the price is more accessible than either. Strong for couples and travellers who prefer contemporary over heritage.
